NETBALL DRILL: THREE X THREE
Keep your players' skills sharp and legs conditioned so they can hit the ground running this year, with this simple footwork/ballwork netball drill!
This one focuses on:
🏐 Keeping eyes forward at all times and shoulders slightly turned towards the thrower when driving into the backspace.
🏐Encouraging players to land properly and balance before passing back to the thrower, focusing on turning their hips and shoulders to pass, and getting their weight moving forward before passing, rather than passing off the back foot.

No it isn't, as long as you don't move with the ball then your fine it's optional whether you want to jump or not, sometimes jumping is the better option but you have to make sure you can definitely land without moving.
