I dont have any of these kits right now as it has since sold out, the next Bandai production run is due shortly, I think the next drop will be around September. I've shipped stuff to the philippines before , it can be costly unfortunately, can sometimes be as much as the kit itself.

a company called Vevor makes it, I got mine from Amazon, by memory it was under $100.00AUD but yeah its pretty cool, you can program any size lenght you want.
