Real life content will be released following railtours, rare movements and stock in the south west of the UK, primarily Devon, in which the videos are primarily week to week, whereas rare movements and tours can be any day throughout the upcoming weeks. There are also streams, usually every Friday, beginning at 19:00 UK time, primarily focusing on games such as Train Simulator Classic, Train Sim World, F1, Assetto Corsa and Euro Truck Simulator.

Trains at: Exeter S.D & Newton Abbot, including NMT, Mayflower and Castle set! (23-29/08/24)
Wow, quite the week after Cornwall!
In this video, see my collection of Devonshire content post return to the county after my holiday in Cornwall, including 43272 and 274 on the NMT, finally breaking the uniformity of the NMT for most of this year, usually formed of 43062 & 013- the variety in powercars this time around is much appreciated!
Also see Mayflower heading the last "English Riviera Express" tour of 2024, with 57311 in tow- it was definitely getting boring with it being Mayflower nearly every week, much like what the NMT was becoming on the monthly circuits.
Also see the weekly Saturday castle set diagram, with a legend driver at the controls- had a lovely chat, as did my mates, and gave a corker of an 8 tone on departure- absolutely brilliant driver!
Moreover, see footage from Exeter St Davids, from the Tuesday and Thursday, however the bulk of this being from the Tuesday.
Overall, a super fun and interesting week, and one that didn't fail to give some action!
Accompanying me for the majority of the shots was @bulleid_productions, however @maxfawkes3594 also accompanied for the NMT, Mayflower and Castle runs- was quite fun to be fair!
Also a notable mention to Max as well for the creation of the new channel watermark, and permission to use it- think it works quite well as opposed to the old logo!
I hope you enjoy the video!

Quite a nice week on holiday, and some interesting spotting sessions! In this video, see the railway elements of my holiday in Cornwall, including Network Rail 150/1 (950001) stabled in Penzance after working from Plymouth earlier that morning, as well as many a HST from both Bodmin and Penzance- got quite lucky with 3 consecutive runs at Bodmin! Also see BWR 5553 operating a service on the Bod...

Not a bad 2 days in my opinion! In this video, see the GBRf weedkiller by day, hauled with 66751 & 781, passing with a glorious 3 tone from the euro horns of 751 from Newton Abbot, but also the Bridgwater nuclear flasks, diverted tesco intermodals, but also the "Severnside Bins" through Bristol Parkway, of which I was accompanied by @CasperTrains for the majority of the Bristol footage. Overall...

Переглядів 12714 днів тому
Overall, a really fun and pleasant day, with some thrillers! In this video, see another Devon Day Ranger run, this time exploring the extent of the Riviera Line, between Paignton and Exeter St Davids. First, see the trip up to Paignton, seeing 5239 "Goliath" operate a service down to Kingswear on the DSR, as well as D3014 "Samson" performing shunting operations. Next, we go to Exeter St Davids ...

POST EDITING NOTE: It appears that I have completely put the wrong date initially- this was filmed on the 4th, not the 11th! Apologies! Video description: Not a bad afternoon out if I'm honest. What an hour! In this video, see LSL's 61306 "Mayflower" making her presence known through Newton Abbot, complete with deafening pressure release! Not only this, see 43188 & 43198 on the Saturday HST diagram, departing with a glorious 5 tone from the driver and secondman- if they happen to be watching this video, thank you so much! Also see a small collection of other various stock from the hou...

Quite a nice 2 days! In this video, see 47810 & 47712 flying through Newton Abbot on the LSL Statesman, both on power, producing a lovely cloud of clag from both locos, as well as a nice 2 tone, however narrowly avoiding being bowled by an IET! Also see trains from Dawlish Warren, however these are sparse and by no means plenty. I must also apologise for this video being very behind- the last f...

Very fun to be out and about in the final moments of the holidays!
Again, really enjoyed being out with you to see all of the events over the past few weeks!
Again, like the 4th August, really enjoyed doing this with you, but dear god 5239 Goliath was loud!
@@bulleid_productions hahaha just a little bit! Pressure is easily the most annoying part of steam locos because of the sheer sound of it, good fun though. Thank you for your comment.
This was very fun! Really enjoyed it!
Great video. WOW those 47s kicked out alot of clag
@@OscarTheTrainspotter cheers Oscar! Many a video yet to come! The 47s really were spectacular with the clag that they produced, and I'm glad I got to see them as I did- so close to being bowled! Thank you for your comment.
Nice to see 50008 around!
I was next to the black 5 when it gave power, very nice to hear!
I love black 5s the sound is 😍
@@activenathan7777 Definitely in agreement, Nathan! To be honest, I just love the sound of all steam in general, but the Black 5 definitely was something to listen to! Thank you for your comment.
Great video. Always nice to see Nigel. 57311 looks lovely in that livery
Much agreed on both points, Oscar! LSL's own livery definitely looks amazing on the 57, and definitely nice to see it debut, especially with that EMD! Thank you for your comment.
Nice footage 👍
Great video, always nice to see the midland Pullman
Why did 1V47 From Manchester terminate at Newton?
To be honest, not sure, Nathan. I presume it was to work what I believe was 1S51 to Glasgow, potentially in replacement of another unit, however this therefore cancelled what was booked to be that unit returning- not sure what was going on, to be honest. Thank you for your comment
43s sounding lovely, as per
Where is the thrash?
@@jayedmunds5665 mostly from 43046- thrash typically means the sound, and both locos were on power, although not much- more so on 43046.
Hi
Probably the funniest TrainSim video I have watched in ages 😂😂
@@jayedmunds5665 glad you enjoyed it! To be honest, quite a funny stream- haven't played around with the super 47 in ages! Thank you for your comment
@@jeffjeffgourmetgaming5960 where do you find the mod for that? Or is it changing the file parameters? Also, that route, south Devon how far does it go? Bristol Plymouth?
@@jayedmunds5665 The mod is available from Alan Thompson Sim, with the route being Berk and Hants, also available on ATS. The route consists of Penzance-Paddington via Newbury and Westbury, but also up to Bristol via Bridgwater and Melksham.
Sorry about that everyone! It appears my PC has crashed.
Was the 16:10 on mayflower day to painghon
If you're referring to 2F25, 150238 & 246, that was filmed on Wednesday, Nathan.
@@jeffjeffgourmetgaming5960 i could have been on one of the trains to paighton tbh except for the 220 and iet
I was in the front coach of the 7:45 castle set waving at you LMAO
Didn't see you to be honest, sorry. I'll have to take a look back through the video again to see, but yeah, sorry mate!
2:00 Who really thought it would be a good idea to graffiti an IET
Great video. I do quite like the mix between XC and AWC
Cheers Oscar! To be honest, I really do like them as well. Still yet to see what the interior looks like, but I'd imagine it's something like the pendolinos. Thanks for your comment
I'm going to be passing newton abbot on 1V59 Manchester Piccadilly to Paignton tmrw
Ah nice Nathan! Unfortunately I won't be out for that, but I hope you enjoy the western region! Thanks for your comment.
Is the Trucker Tim paintjob something you can do in the game or is it a mod?
The trucker Tim livery on the Scania is available on the steam workshop I believe. Thanks for your comment.
@@jeffjeffgourmetgaming5960 Cheers
Great video- Looks like a great little railway.
It really is, Oscar. A shame there are a bunch of locos in a horrible state (notably 3205), but the operational ones are kept in lovely condition! Thank you for your comment
What a day!!! Wish I had been there ...
Yeah, definitely was quite a day! While it was good, it was also quite busy, however... Thank you for your comment
Please don't put the text over the loco, I want to see all of it...
sir nigel grewly amd 47s for me :) 825 ans 805
Very nice, Mason! From what I've seen, Gres looked amazing, but haven't really seen much about the 47s- I'll keep an eye out.
@@jeffjeffgourmetgaming5960 was meant to be a 40
@@masonsmainlineroblox ah right, 40013 (D213) by any chance? Wonder what's happened to it...
One thing I've noted when watching this back... The info for 0Z73 running through the platform runs off the screen- apologies! I only realised this post uploading!
Lovely video. All the locos looking beautiful as usual. Shame about the teenagers, I had some like that on the return journey at Salisbury
Cheers, Oscar. It was a real shame with teenagers being like that, but it's how kids act nowadays. It's bugging, but there we go. Managed to salvage the Braunton vid for the most part. Thanks again for your comment
VERY GOOD VIDEO I LIKE IT 👍
Thank you very much!
Great video. Looks like you had a good day out
Oh trust me, Saturday was infinitely better
Cheers Oscar! Monday and Friday were decent hours each of spotting, however, as mentioned by @thatlocomotiveguy, Saturday was better- video of that to follow up! Thanks again
Nice one!
Thank you very much! Always nice to drive a good 37, even if it is on TSC. Got to love 1750hp at command!
@@jeffjeffgourmetgaming5960I’m more of an EMU person to be honest but I definitely respect the Class 37!
@@VirtualRailDriver fair enough! Being in diesel territory, I don't see many electrics, however I do like the looks of 91s, as well as the old MK3 derived stock.
@@jeffjeffgourmetgaming5960 The 91s are indeed very handsome looking locos! I need to try and ride on one before they’re withdrawn!
@@VirtualRailDriver same here! Hopefully they get repurposed after their withdrawal, but I doubt anything's on the agenda yet.
Great video. You got some good footage and it was nice to see you.
Cheers Oscar- seeing Clan Line was great, although we had a good amount of people in our way! Nice to meet you there as well. Cheers again
Great video nice to see all of the trains. Midland Pullman looking great as usual as well as the Castle Sets
Cheers Oscar- certainly nice to see the selection of HSTs down here, especially since the castle sets only have the better part of 8 months left- a few sets, even less than that. Thank you for your comment!
6:30 - It does in fact have hill start. Hold down ' whilst brakes are applied and it will hold the brakes until there's sufficient traction.
ew
i like
Great video. Nice to see the Thumper, it looks lovely. It looks like you had a good few days out!
Great video. Nice to see all of the Trains at Exeter. Hope you had a good time!
Was quite nice, cheers Oscar- very, very busy for the first 3 hours, however. I eventually got bored of the same old units (158771 & 158950 notably), and my battery decided to drain much quicker, otherwise it might've easily been pushed to 6 hours. Thank you for your comment.
it may be operated by LSL but i would always say midland pillman
It was down to what fit the title, Mason- "Midland Pullman" would've made it too long, as such, "LSL" was used to stay within the character limit. Thank you for your comment.
Great video. Looked like a busy week, your saw a lot of interesting movements.
It's been an interesting week to be honest, Oscar, but yeah- played host to some interesting movements, especially the plugs! Thank you for your comment.
Great video. Nice to see a class 59
Cheers Oscar. It was certainly nice to see a 59, especially since they aren't very common down here- it's typically just 66s, and the occasional plug on our engineering moves! Thanks again
150 on Cardiff Penzance is a yikes
It was relieving an IET from Exeter onwards, so the passengers hadn't endured the whole run on a 150! Thank you for your comment
@@jeffjeffgourmetgaming5960 Relieving altough I find the 150 seats comfier than IETs
@@JacobsTrainVideos I do agree with you on that. IET seats are pretty rubbish in my opinion- would much rather have a 150 for the comfort...
God dang it I missed it Also I cannot recommend enough to get the sound mod for this available on TSC. It makes it sound much more like a desire city
Great video! Why did you have to re upload it?
Cheers EDS! I had to reupload because despite me checking the video over a few times, I'd forgotten to mute one clip, therefore had to mute that one clip, however UA-cam wouldn't let me mute a portion, so therefore, had to withdraw the video and republish it once I'd gone through it again.
Nice one!
Cheers Sam! It was by far a busy week, however it was really enjoyable... bar the editing! Glad you enjoyed the video!
Love hearing the engines powering up on the class 150!
I saw the NMT at Birmingham today
Very nice! It does seem like the NMT does get about quite a bit, obviously not being regionalised, however always fun to predict what powercars! Shame 43014 won't be back for a while to allow for more full yellow sets leaving the country with only one, however there's a nice variety nowadays. Thank you for your comment.
Great video! Excellent to see the full yellow set back out!
Cheers EDS! Definitely nice to see the full yellow returning to mainline, however I'm not sure how long this pairing will be together for as the locos seem to be differentiating a lot at the moment! Annoyingly, these are the only two yellow powercars out at the moment, given that 43014 seems to be in a bit of a state. Thanks again!
Great video. Nice to see the HST in full yellow again.
Really is, Oscar- something everyone's been long overdue I feel! Shame 014 isn't back yet, and from intel that I've gotten today, it won't be back for quite a while at a minimum. Thanks again for the comments
