I have the exact same model and I feel it to be somehow laggy in gta V mid graphics , CS GO ( mid and high graphics) and even League of legends sometimes. I didn’t upgrade the Ram on this one and it only has 8gm (I can add another 8 to make it 16). Is this reason or it could be something different? Thank you in advance!
The GPU can handle games even on their highest settings, but a limited RAM can make it run very slow, upgrading will solve your problem.

I have bought this, same model but different configs. Mine's got the Ryzen 7 5800H and 16gb of RAM. the rest of the specs are the same. Got it on a sale and cheap so really can't complain.

How about the issue of gpu and cpu temperatures in this model, how do they behave, up to how many maximums they rise?
The temperatures reach around 80 celsius in Warzone for example on high settings. Honestly what it offers for the price, can't be beat. But what these videos can't show is how bad the brightness actually is. The battery life is also atrocious even if you're just web surfing.
The temperatures go to 70 celsius max on extremly complex AAA games on ultra settings but when it reaches that temperature, lenovos special fan program actives for maybe 5 minutes and then it cools off
