Why does everyone hate city of angels. But yeah I loved the crow 2024

I am a die hard fan of the original with Brandon I also own city of angels, Salvation and wicked preyer and I love those for there uniqueness and different stories. I went and picked up this exact steel book from Walmart today and I am overjoyed I went and saw this with my girlfriend in the theaters, and I am a huge diehard fan of the Brandon Lee Crow I even have a Crow bird tattoo inspired by it, and I really loved this movie with Bill Skarsgård. 😃 I also own the Walmart exclusive 4K steel book of the Brandon Lee Crow that was released.

Yeah this movie was so great, I watched it on cable or something as a kid and it wasn’t until recently that I discovered it was Trick or Treat! Totally agree with you on the short run time being its only flaw, but that’s a harsh description from even me, It’s a great horror movie and immaculately edited. Can’t wait to see what you have out now that spooky season is done! I’d love to see some super hero’s movies

If you remove all the musical numbers, it’s a better film overall. That ending though, ouch.

Watching this film made me realize that I misunderstood the first movie. This was never about Joker. It was always about Arthur, he is the real protagonist. I don't think Philips cares that much about Joker. I think he sees Arthur as an opportunity to do a tragedy about mental health, social decay, media obsessions and abuse. I think the film is more concerned with exploring the humanity and ultimate fragility of media famous serial killers who are deep down disturb left behind individuals with no real power or much agency. And what we the audience make of them than with anything that even resemblances the actual DC distrub criminal mastermind it's supposed to be about. It's an Arthur Fleck saga of the road to a senseless death not a Joker origin story. It's not a deeper exploration of DC and never was, it was always a completely different commentary on DC drag.

I watched The Fly for the first time over the weekend. Im a sucker for practical effects and I loved it. Seeing Brundle's slow transformation up until he fully becomes Brudlefly is super cool and gross. Great video man!

Of course the movie was weird, its Beetlejuice. Anyway, I disagree. I thought the movie was great, even better than the original and I am old enough to remember the original well. I rewatched it a few days before going to the sequel.

I have to agree with you got to the stage i was wishing for it to end I looked forward to it and left disappointed Winona Ryder just looked bored all through the movie.

I've long said that the absolutely best dramatic roles in movies have been filled by primarily comedic actors....this is because the comedian understands suffering in a real way, and this can be relayed in the performance. Ask a dramatic actor to succeed at comedy and vice versa-it cant be done. I have long told friends that Robin Williams in One Hour Photo, or Insomnia, were absolutely the best roles ever seen.

It's probably "rare" now because everyone is still excited about the new Deadpool movie, so now there's a demand for the Deadpool game even though that game is still kinda old

Overall I enjoyed the movie. I liked seeing Josh Hartnett back on the silver screen again. His daughter Riley was good and they had great chemistry together. The concert scenes were fun. The story and script was good enough for me. I didn't like that the movie was predictable, but that's more of a gripe because I liked it. Seeing M. Night's daughter as the singer, she was good there, but they used her more than they needed to.

Can’t wait to rewatch season three! I just got to where angel gets Involved with the crazzzzy girl, but the family dynamic and the way dexters evolved in the next one 🤌🤌🤌

I watched it when aired its an amazing show one of my faves of all time....if you ever watched the show You, one of the original directors and writers was a showrunner for You season 1 and they got the voice narration from Dexter. Im actually reawatching again lol
