Narcissistic people are not capable of changing, they just want to dominate other people in an unreal and fake and manipulative and inauthentic way. Yes keep those people away from you. But a lot of empathic people get screwed over by these narcs that cause a lot of resentment and angry feelings. It is very hard to stay in your light. But these people need help. Yesterday i had a fight with a co-worker and i was feeling sad when i got home and i usually train after work but i really did'nt feel like training. But i trained and afterwards i felt lighter and happier. Today we ignored each other and it bothers me but i cannot control him.

I was explaining this to my mom today. How the human body naturally responds to "doing" anything to completion. It can be as simple as taking the garbage out or cleaning the kitty litter box or brushing your teeth and wiping the sink down. Our bodies release hormones such as seratonin and dopamine from completing mundane tasks. Life can be mundane, but it's these tasks that keep us sane and going, hopefully. Then add some daily exercise, and you get a happy hormone cocktail of adrenaline + dopamine+ serotonin = good sleep = peace ❤ and joy

You are very wrong man! I am 52 years old and i have evry week 20 to 25 "clients". Young boys and girls with age between 16 and 25. They have various problems, hardware, software, PC. laptops you name it. They come to me with all kind of problems, "my PC doesn't start", "The image is flickering", "I want a new PC, this is my budget". The reality is that they don't have the interest to learn because mama and papa is taking care of the bill.

I personally think having lots of sex makes you happy with right women because I am always miserable but men that get regular sex of women are happier and more productive it's hard to be productive when you get NOTHING IN RETURN
