Normally the Light Runic I use in this video takes 30 sec and the Heavy 60 sec to recharge, but using this Armour Build and Shield Attachment the average Recharge/Cooldown is around 10 -15 sec for both Runics. Best example here is the Berserker Boss fight which runs for 1.10 sec and I got to use both Light and Heavy Runics 3 times each making the fight pretty easy. Other notes: Axe is on Lvl 7 and Difficulty Settings on Give Me No Mercy. Custom Armour For Runic Cooldown includes: 1. Giptumadrs Breastplate 2. Spiritual Wraps 3. Spiritual Belt 4. Rond Of Expedition Shield Attachment
