Chilly hack on keen horses, with a friendly jogger getting the gates :-)
It's still cold here in Cambridgeshire and the horses were very sharp and very keen to work, thanks again to the friendly jogger who did a couple of gates for us !

It was bitterly cold today, some of the horses were freshly clipped and they were sharp sharp! We had gate refusals, gleeful bucks, sidewinder escape attempts, strange bucks and a grumpy grey at the end. This all made for a really fun winter ride out ;-)
Foul weather hack in Cambridgeshire

The weather was awful today. We had snow, slush, rain and boggy ground so we decided to just have a trot around the village. The horses were very happy to get back early and so were we. Well, at least we're part way through winter.

So, it was cold and boggy and we rode out into a pervasive mist - we had a great time though. A cold snap is coming, so next week we may have to get our ear warmers out...

Man, it was cold today and the icy wind was blowing. The horses were fit, looking fine and the ground was good so we had a fine ride out. Merry Christmas to everybody (humans and horses) !

It was unusually mild today and the ground was good. The horses were keen but well behaved, well done Biscuit, Nebraska, Henry and Toby!
