No, those guys are not gonna be a huge part of the market for this car... Then who would want a BIG vehicle with an off-roadey styling, that is very much associated with loud noises, drinking beer and shooting guns in a forest... Aaand its an EV... Yeah... Not a lot of options remaining there...

Bought a '79 Scout II Rallye in 1978 when I was 20. Had to sell it when I moved to Florida, since it didn't have A/C. Missed it tremendously and had dreams about it for years. Would love to see the brand revived. Make it rugged! The modern Range Rovers are luxury, but no longer tough looking. Don't go down that path. Keep the Rallye stripe.

No one likes paying for gas at gas stations. Electric motors are more powerful and reliable than gas engines. Americans love our history, nature and the great outdoors. If they make it rugged, Scout will sell every car they can make.

This is wrong on so many levels. Real SCOUTS are gas powered and can do almost anything. ELECTRIC can't do the same thing. I would not buy one because this is going to be a luxury car and not like the original SCOUTS that are more utilitarian

Way much better then a ford bronco or chevy blazer,it was international scout that was the very first American made suv and did its job on farms and hunting,fishing these scouts were the best and still are the best

I am very excited that the Scout brand is coming back. I believe that we need to challenge ourselves to think about our future. Do I like an all electric vehicle, well it is the future. I would have preferred a hybrid version, but then again. I am willing to try it. To me, the Scout takes me back along time ago to my years as a boy and seeing the International Scout when I was camping as a Boy Scout. It was awesome back then and it will be in the future. I will be checking it out when it comes out.😎

Sounded exciting till I saw this guy, it won't look like a scout and what off rd capability an a ev have Fire roads? Also I don't believe when the feds say you have to phase out gas vehicles by 2035 that means you will have to give up your 2034 gas vehicle. Actually the value will skyrocket once they are no longer available
