Number one to learn is that KPI's are not reflected in $$$. Measures in dollars are Key RESULT Indicators Then KPI's are measured 24/7 otherwise these are not Key. An extreme example of an effective KPI was the Turn Around Time British Airways used for their planes. When the plane missed its TaT then the CEO was signalled imediately. Customer experience, costs and operational efficiency were all reflected in the KPI and the CEO called imediately when the plane was exceeding its TaT, hence KEY.

Useless form contact not create in Deskera books. Again manually create contact in books. Gstin field not available with CRM.

Deskera Software is very complicated... not happy after buying it

The build up of Deskera look perfect, but too much trouble behind the software and it was too hard for getting assistance from the back end efficiently, and very passive respondence from the technical personnel. Not recommended after 2 years of using and experiencing it.
