Ikr? I live near an amazing retro arcade that has all kinds of amazing old games including a machine like this except slightly different, i think an earlier version which is one of my favourites. I try to be as gentle with it as i can because it should be preserved and its cooler to be good at the game while being incredibly gentle and not thrashing about slamming the controls. While I'm sure its built to withstand some abuse it should be treated with respect and there's just no need to slam the controls. Last time I was there i was sat at the inital d machine which is situated next to the sega rally 95 machine and i had to sit next to a man who stank of shit who abused it the hardest I've ever seen. He was playing it with his wife on link mode and talking about how he drives a manual and all kinds of shit while beating the fuck out of this machine which was just awful to listen to. I can't stand meatheads

@@rippamcstanky4169 fr tho, recently i started playing initial d the arcade that was new built in my local shopping mall, thankfully the wangan players aren't touching the machine so i could gatekeep it all to myself and then i noticed there's literal 2 security guards watching over the wangan machine just to get these chinese kids not to abuse it lmao

@@mikagamihara lmao, mines in a shopping mall too, theres a wangan machine on the left of the intial d machine and a sega rally 95 machine on the right of it and nobody seems care about the intial d machine which means that seat is almost always free for me to play it which is great since I can't get enough of it and I can play it while i wait for another game to be free. People seem to like wangan, I think its shit but it seems to draw people away from initial d for some reason which is cool with me since I like that game and it saves it from some abuse. I still cringe thinking about that dude going to town on sega rally 95's controls.

Kinda rare to find an Initial D game like this anymore. Initial D arcade games are truly hard to find in most arcades here in the US, but Round One is where it is mostly common.
