What makes Stellaris complicated?
I think what makes Stellaris complicated is that it has lots of little mechanics and what tutorial the game has barely scratches the vast amount of those mechanics. You'll be left to find out a lot of those things out by yourself and you'll be wondering why certain things are happen and how to fix them. In some cases, it might be too late to do anything before you realize what the issue was.

I get it from a AI artist on Deviant Art but he has made a transition to NSFW stuff so you don't find exactly what you're looking for, or at least he doesn't do them these types very often

Any ships (mainly science and construction), when they are selected, hold down shift and you can queue multiple instructions at once. I usually do that for my science and construction ships and ignore them for a while, just responding to their pop-ups.

I think that the offensive line needs to run sort of parallel to your troops line. You are running this line 90 degrees to that line and that isn't how that works. Worse is, the more you play around with manual orders the more troops rotate back and forth over the front line and it becomes tedious and counter productive. Forming pockets around troops works well at causing damage to the enemy, but the problem is, it messes up your own troop AI and it usually retards the process. Just allow your line to push the enemy back. You want to reduce the size of the frontline, these pockets actually require more troops to circle.

Maybe dont attack anyone til 39 and build up. Make alot of civilian factories til 38 then from 38 til end of gamr make military factories. You will have a much larger industry.

At 12:48 it can be seen that the construction of 2 Military Factories had been queued up at Westfalen, just ahead of the construction project for a Naval Dockyard at Holstein. A couple of seconds later when you added 2 more Military Factories to the Westfalen construction queue for a new total of 4 MilitaryFactories to be constructed in Westfalen, the Westfalen Military Factory construction program then default dropped all the way to the bottom of the construction project queue. In hindsight, the delay in constructing those 4 Military Factories at Westfalen meant that your soldiers had fewer weapons when the war against Poland began. Sometimes it's merely annoying when adding one or more extra Military Factories to a construction program default drops that Military Factory construction program to the bottom of the construction queue. In the case of Westfalen however, what you really needed to do was to drag the Westfalen construction project back to where it came from, to just above the Holstein naval dockyard project. The result of that delay was that the surrender of Poland was delayed, meaning more days of combat in which the weapons of your army divisions were getting destroyed in combat, and and destroyed by way of attrition from low supply.
