Its great to watch your progress. If you are going to do all-wheel-drive be sure to use a torque-arm to fasten that front wheel axle because those front hub-motors will work themselves loose and then they tear up the fork drop outs and you fall face first over the bars. Then you need to fix your bike AND your teeth. Last spring I changed my stock 18 amp controller for a 30 amp and I added a 2nd battery. It was like a whole different bike after that - not just the boost in power from the controller, but because I went from a 12.5 ah battery to 20 ah - I have twice the torque and three times as much battery. I can pin it way longer and go way further without running out of juice. The spoke covers are looking good - I can't do that because my bike (engwe folding bike) came with 5 spoke cast wheels. I used some vinyl wrap on my battery and fenders to add some color cheap/easy/reversible. Check it out - you can get a 5ft x 1ft piece (VViVid) on amazon in tons of colors for like $10. I'm thinking of peeling it off every year and doing a different color - they actually have some nice chrome wrap I've seen it on cars. Thanks for the videos. Cheers from the frozen north.
