Yes my friend. Its huge addiction and for this reason i deleted my facebook account
@@StratosAsa I can understand that! I haven't had to delete yet luckily!!
@shift_points hahaha ok thats good
So you brake your brakes in by driving the car like normal. Ok. I will do that next time i drive. This video is ridiculously stupid.
😂😂 thanks for watching
Wtf are you talking about. Your full of it NO ONE WASTE YOUR TIME.
That's the Fuel Efficient variant!
It's a Thunderbolt engine! 😂
I think johnk3930 enjoyed it.
I like johnk3930 😂
It's an FE. One of many Ford engine families, many mediocre examples and a few good ones.
@@jamesgeorge4874 not sure you watched all the way through 😂 but see it has a very mediocre fe in it!
It's funny because it's true.
Based fully on real life 😂😂
Boring....
@@rickfortune1339 okay? 😂 Thanks for watching 😂
This hurt to watch
Yep, this happens
@@diegomurillo2194 yes it does for sure!
When you step on the non-existent clutch when u start the car.
@@TN-nv1bj haha that's true too. About goes through the floor 😂
It's funny how scarey that first few videos to do lol!!!. I love making videos now. And I started doing lives!!! Interacting with people is so fun!!!!
That is the truth! I have done one live but my Internet was way worse than I expected in the shop. I'm hoping to do more next year!
@shift_points Cool deal. Post a live coming up So we can join!!!
@GrandPitoVic I'll do that! Thank you!
Brother, i am about 10 months into my UA-cam channel for my grandkids. I am still learning to edit and such. I've hit over 500 subs finally ally and I just got my first sponsor!!!! I am excited!!! I'm glad you did start. I enjoy your videos. I'm newer to you channel. It popped up on my feed a couple , few months ago. Been watching since
That is really cool that you get to do it with your grandkids! My boy is coming up now (a little over 2 years) and he is already super excited for cars so I am sure he will be getting involved at some point! I really appreciate you watching and keeping up with us! Let's see if we can keep each other going!
@shift_points That is awesome!!!! Yes sir!!! Us smaller Tubers can help each other grow!!!!
Come on
Let’s go
Sweet
Awesome
Bro ur on something
Me too
Lmao 😂
Kool
Nice
Yep !!
Those are the same videos that I loved watching. Freiburger and Finnegan got me back into cars. I've been working on cars since the age of 10. My first was a fuel pump broke down in a mall parking lot. My uncle pulled his back and couldn't get under my aunts 72 Buick Century. He talked me threw it. I got it running again and I WAS HOOKED!!!! I bought every magazine i could and started learning. No UA-cam back in the 90s lol. You tore it apart and prayed you could get it back together!!! Kids are grown and set me on the road for my Ls3/6L80E swap with my grandkids!!!! Thanx for telling your story brother!!!!
@@GrandPitoVic What an awesome way to get into it! Well at the time it probably wasn't 😂 I appreciate you watching and keeping up with us!
@shift_points ROFLMFAO!!!! Yea it was tough!!! But I'm glad for it!!!!
Our story is very similar. In 2022, we actually met freiburger and Finnegan. When we were at sick week in Florida, we sat with them at the driver's meeting. No real-time to talk, but I have a picture of us sitting by them someplace. I'll have to tell our story on how they inspired us. We have been building cars for ourselves for many years and people really seem to enjoy our builds. A few years ago, we started more pictures and video and built a tt page. It is growing well, and now we are moving over to youtube to grow an audience here.
@@Cutandgrindgarage That is awesome! I really appreciate you watching and telling me that! Can't wait to hear the whole story!
Fucking loser where were you last year fucking get over and get back to whaterver you were doing before you got the bright idea to becime a youtuber 😂😂😂😂😂

Question, did you so anything to the valve seats so gou can run unleaded gas
@@jacoba7915 No I haven't done anything to this point! But I'm sure it's something I'll need to address while it's apart!
Dad got it done tho ❤
@@puprilla Yes he did and still does EVERYDAY!
Did you remove the intake manifold so the hoist could lift it ?
@@joe-ut9kb hahaha basically 😂 That intakes probably 80lbs 😂
Nothing like family time.
That's right! Family time with a little manual labor 😂
Wouldnt have to pick the engine so high if youd let the car down off the stands.
@@mrgoodtimes05 True we had just pulled the transmission from under it too
The reason that we talk about duration at .050 lift is because most "experts" say that .050 of lift is the point where the valve actually starts to flow air. By changing from 1.5 to 1.6 ratio rockers, you have slightly increased the number of degrees where the valves will be over .050 lift, because a 1.6 rocker will achieve .050 lift slightly sooner than a 1.5 rocker will achieve .050 lift, so you have effectively added a slight amount of duration to the camshaft. I would only use the 1.6 rockers on the intake, because split duration cams are made to help the crappy stock exhaust manifolds keep up with the less restrictive intake tract on a stock engine. An engine with decent headers usually makes more power on a single pattern camshaft.
@@kevinkelley3657 I did not realize that's where the duration at .050 came from! That makes sense on the rocker arms though for sure. That's where we had listed the "at the valve" duration from the change.
Grandad had a 63 1/2. It had a 390 Thundbird engine. Loved that car😢 wish I would have kept it..
@@darendey6871 my great uncle actually traded a 63 1/2 for this car! It also has the thunderbird 390 on it! I understand that. It's easy to let them get away sometimes!
That’s fuckin genius
@@lindboknifeandtool subscribe for more good ideas! 😂 But really though we appreciate it lol
Never knew this was a thing.
@@taintedsasquatch398 well let's see how well it does in the long run!
Best filter setup that i have come up with is the fuel filter/water separator from a late 70's early 80's Volkswagen diesel
@@PhilStewart-xf9rp I had another comment that the fuel filter was the way to go too!
Great idea.
Thank you! We are always trying to figure out better ways to do stuff! Thanks for watching and subscribing!
do yous re use the filters at all ? or just replace em when needed??
@@Chrisso_and_FamBam This is still new and we haven't got to test out the long term. I assume we will just be doing filter swaps but I can't say that for sure yet! Someone gave a comment that said a screw on fuel filter would filter out small particles so we may try that too!
Nice, i did something similar years back. I had that same filter head setup as an inline transmission filter on a truck, and when I took it all back apart i put the head on my parts washer with a new filter. It worked well, although the flow was really reduced after a few months. Zep parts washers have a sock filter that a second line goes to to constantly bypass filter some of the solvent, which seems to be a bit longer term of a solution
@@jaredkennedy6576 that's good to know! This was an experiment for us really. We don't usually have parts that are just ridiculously dirty so I'm hoping it will hold up awhile. Let's see! Thanks for letting me know about the Zep setup!
