Brad is using our front loaders and excavators to screen out a 3-inch road base, with plans to further screen out more fines for optimal compaction. 🚜 Since the material is dry and the screen mesh size is 4x4, no generator was needed! You’ll see how smoothly we work through the material. 🔥 By removing the deflector box from the SLG-108VFRB, we screened larger stones without obstructions. When screening fines, we kept the deflector box (the black box on top of the screener) in place to slow the material and maximize production. ⚙️
Without the riser, we achieved up to 50-70 yards per hour, staying closer to the 50-yard mark when using the deflector box, all without a generator. 💥 For those wondering, a 7,500-watt generator is needed to power the 120V motors, but if there’s a light pole with standard 110/120V power, we can simply plug in! 🔌
