Hello Mam I am a Data Engineer with 3 years of experience and I have completed BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Will i be eligible for SBI SO and IBPS SO?

Maam im working in sbi as junior associate new joinee . I have taken leave of 6 days by telling false medical conditions at my home but i have to take leave in some way or other. Of i have told them other reasons they could not have given me leave. Will some action be taken against me. I have applied for other exams also. Will i get leave for that in coming months.
