even if he make it without ray tracing, your device maybe wont support it, PBR is a feature of dtp and rtx, alot of mobile devices doesnt support dtp(if you have mid-range or high-range device, you may be able to activate it) .if you have a computer, you need to get a gtx card (if you use amd then i cant help, i am only nvidia user).

It works man, thank u (working in Minecraft java 1.20.4 with BSL shaders)
All it really looked like was reflections, where are the actual pointed lighting sources, only the sun seems to emit the shadows, I did not see any regular block light sources emit point lighting and shadow casting.
That's because it's not a true rtx, it's a texture pack that only give that feeling with the reflection and stuff, but it's not a true rtx, that is called dynamic shadows and for now, only rtx in bedrock have it
it doesnt work the resource pack wont apper and its prob malware so i uninstalled as soon as a i realized
