I recently visited this restaurant with my family, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the food quality was far below acceptable standards, with some dishes being burnt. When I politely raised a complaint and requested a deduction in the bill to reflect the poor quality, the owner not only refused but also responded with hostility. Instead of addressing our concerns, they argued aggressively and made derogatory comments about our financial status, suggesting that if we couldn't afford it, we shouldn't dine there. Furthermore, the owner and staff exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior, including mistreatment towards my wife. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable. I have filed a police complaint to review the CCTV footage and take appropriate action against this establishment. Given our experience, I strongly believe this restaurant should face strict consequences for its appalling customer service and disrespectful conduct. I urge others to avoid this place to prevent a similar experience. Uneducated owners don't have manners to treat customer visiting with family.
