Property prices don't get double in 18 months. I stay in Gurgaon & a 3 BHK apartment which was available for 80 lacs in April 2023 is now 1.7 cr. Even steep price increase doesn't mean double in less than 2 years. At max it should be 40%. Job market is dried up & the appraisals are barely 5-10% annually. I personally know 3 people who invested money for the new launches of extremely reputed builders, then struggled to sell their flats when the demand came for next payment. They then sold them back to builders for loss. I can gurantee, there is no genuine buyer. All are investors looking for quick money & once they are willing to sell, there are no takers. An affordable housing flat at a pathetic location has started costing 35 lacs. Affordable housing flat with no parking on SPR has crossed 75 lacs. Wait till 2025 mid & see the crash of min 25%.

Just a Marketing video for builders, creating fomo and inflating price .. ' PEOPLE ' stop listening or watching such agents and brokers who have their self interest and claim to be your advisors. Just like weekend street hawker, ' maal bahut hai ' they just want to sell you at inflated price so that they get more commission. these agents are hands in hands with builders, all are united against real user, the consumers to rob them of their life savings. Pehle mehanga karo.. fir zaada commission per becho .. halwai apni mithai ki khud tareef kar raha hai .. never trust these agents, brokers now youtubers

Any new city takes 20 years to settle down, Gurgaon central took 30 years for the same. Crash will come one dwarka expressway deliveries will come closer. No one can save

Same is happening here all the projects have been taken by investors at the end they have to sell it to end users before final payment so where is the end user.Remember every bubble bursts at some point and the end is very bad.Same has been said by Great Warren Buffett also.
