It’s an extremely rare event, but you can use ring of curses to make it easier (or that’s what I did)

Ye which is the most stupid and unnecessary mechanic ever like why tf does the game not allow you to tp to your bounty while its your bounty and thats the purpose of the origin

Having to server hop for 5 minutes to find a bounty that isn't under leveled so you can warp to them just to have then leave when they see you is agony, bounties need a rework, or at the very least you can only see bounties that you can actually take on the board.
