what he doesn't say is that when you form an LLC, you must have newspapers publish your LLC for a period of time (weeks) which cost up to $800-$1000 depending on your location...

Can you have a LLC partnership with 3 location all under the same name or do you need to be a corporation too have multiple locations with same name?

Is there a benefit to use a s Corp if I it’s just me and small clothing business , and if I have other business ventures I want to do can I merge them in this. For example if I have the clothing line but then want to use the same name or another business. Under this ? If that makes since ? Last question can a llc use inc in their name or is that only for s and c Corps?
