I've done that in the past.with lumber prices today I doubt it can be done. For just 2k plus screws hardware tar paper shingles Thompsons water sealer.but I'd rather pay extra not to have it biuld with staples and toe nailing with nail gun.ive seen them building that cost a pretty penny but biult very cheaply. Just trying to be honest sir. Make a great product at a great price. Making America 🇺🇸 great again.

Is it insulated?

Make the bathroom into a wet room so you can just put a shower head on the wall the floor and walls would be water proof easy, I think I'd cut out the wall and just put some storage cabinets in to include a washer and dryer combo or do both separate, then a open concept from the kitchen into the living room with a barn door slide between the main bedroom. Make some more storage in the attic tho? Where that go? Over all it's nice little cabin, put some solar and small wind turbine with battery back up. A huge 3000 water storage outside with instant heater for it to have hot or cold showers or water in the kitchen. Then in the kitchen have a pull up floor that leads you into the underground storage cellar for food and meat, can foods. whatever. Yep pretty good set up.
