I just had this done at my doctors office and I could not believe the amount of wax that was coming out, no amount of ear drops would have ever cleaned them out like this lol. Only thing is although I felt better being able to hear, everything was completely loud like I could hear people forks scraping their plates from 100 feet away.

The other thing is when my ear get blocked or when am in soo much pain i tend to use warm with salt just to clean them is that safe to do or should i stop doing it i have really run out of options since the hospital can't help me our medical services here is very very poor and not a lot of people know of our country its like one of the the poorist country in the world.

You opened the tray wrong. The first opening should always be away from you. You have the potential of contaminating the tray right off the bat by opening it towards you.
