According to a message I saw from the devs on Steam, the beehives can actually be used as a ranged weapon, and you can reload your beehive by throwing it into a cloud of bees! They also said that the beekeeper mask will make bees ignore you if you can get it off an enemy.

I do wonder why Goat doesn’t take whatever item Evilious wants to the exit gate, drop it, then go back for his gear. The lever only locks the doorway n opens the gate. (Literally the same trick as the “No Gear” challenge. Then Everybody wins!

This game completely fell off my radar. I had been playing a bunch of roguelikes in early-access and for most, I ran into that place where I felt that they needed to be left alone. Otherwise, I'd ruin them for myself. You wait and wait for it to be finished, and when it is, you've seen it all before and it was already old hat. I've always been a fan of vampire lore, so any time you can play one, it will probably end up being my favorite. DoT gameplay is also another favorite of mine. When you can be a DoT build and melee, that's a winner in my book. Thanks for reminding me about this. I'll have to check it out soon.

The horn is also good for scaring away the darkness creatures.

A tip. Make it a habit to always start by entering the door on the far left and then the door in the middle and finally finish with the door on the right and you will never have to wonder if you have already been in that room before because you have developed a system that you always follow :)

I have a tip for You When You enter a new floor trow all you items in the evelius room then evelius cant ask for Money weopen armor and Cant steal all you stuff When he say you cant gear up then you get you stuff again then before you meet evelius trow items in that room again and he Thinks that you don’t gear up then you get you stuff back and then you go

It wasn't bugged - you never made the third selection from the corrupted crystal. The doors dont unlock based on how many curses you have, only by the crystal you get from that floor. You could have selected the curse even after closing and reopening the menu. That would have unlocked the door.
