Moderns always think they need to re-invent the wheel and that they do something good by adding new ideas to already perfected concepts, by doing this, they dilute the original, arcane wisdom. The original path is preserved only in one “modern” artwork, which is the Magic Flute, to which Mozart contributed the music, but the libretto was handed to him by a high adept. In short, the unchangeable order of trials is: 1) purification of the lower soul 2) spiritual studies 3) Great Trial of Water 4) passing the Sun-door 5) Great Trial of Fire 6) Achieving balance of both worlds. The second source, though very cryptic and purely written internally, is Revelation/ Apokalypse, the last book of the new Testament. I speak from own experience, as odd as that may sound for modern ears. The precise step-by-step voyage, including all of its dangers to psyche, is perfectly laid out in “Tropical Astrology - language of the mysteries”. Out of 10 million who try, maybe (!) one human can pass all trials, in modern times probably way less. But the traditional idea was, to try it anyway and each attempts to go as far as individually possible. Amen.
