Coventry makes awesome homes. We actually toured this model and loved it but weren't in love with the location. We looked at Coventry in a more desirable location but they didn't offer the size of home that we wanted at that location. Sigh.

Maybe I missed it, what's the cost?
The asking price for this home with all options shown in South Pointe is $714,000 roughly. Various options and upgrades can change the price up and down. Most models have a lot of the upgrades and so are top of the spectrum on price. If you want to leverage my relationship with this builder to get something started just let me know!

714k in this community with all upgrades shown. It can be less, but not a ton less. Feel free to reach out if you want to work with them. Coventry is a great builder. I also recommend checking out my video on the Ames floorplan if you haven't yet for some contrast.

@@hardren101 So the home in the video that's ready to go in Colby Crossing the builder is asking for $699,950. The lot is in central Mansfield so that's raising the price a bit.
