What a wonderful sound. A hot summer day, work's over, cutting your road home through a park you sit down under a tree to chill a bit, amd that's what you'll hear. Pure bliss for me, even when they wake me up on holydays when I'm out in the countryside.
I hear these in my sisters garden lovely sound calms me down

Best moment at 47:30
The ambient noise really cuts down on the quality.
im always ahead of my alarm clock because of them 😆🤣😄
Using lots of these videos to drive out blackbirds, who are picking into every cherry on the three just once, resulting in all of them cherries rotting and going to be natural waste. Blackbirds are difficult to run out, as they are arrogant, fearless and are even attacking sheep (! - seen this with my own eyes).
Worst recording ever might as well dropped your mic on the m1
Yea
Lovely birds ! I live in Mikkeli, eastern-Finland.

this is the only video on youtube that shows their true call. many people don't realise this but the strong note is the first note in their call, not the second. e.g. if you imagine their call says "my CALL sounds.. like this/ my CALL sounds.. like this/ my CALL sounds.. like this" that is an incorrect interpretation. the call actually starts on the "second" note and there is a large gap afterwards which then strings into the next gap. so the call is really "CALL sounds.. like this... my / CALL sounds.. like this... my / CALL sounds... like this.. my / CALL sounds.. like this... my!" they always end on the "my!". e.g. at 0:13 listen for the extra woop at the end. and then listen to the next call, it starts at the strong hit
Either this is a young and relatively inexperienced bird, or the yellowhammer in that area sounds different from where I live. Here, the song is longer - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 - while in the video, it's just 4 or 5.
It's the morning in Poland! I literally had to close my window before playing the video, otherwise I wasn't sure where the sound was actually coming from 😂
i found an orphaned baby pigeon and i’m trying to calm it down with this 😭

My pet starlings are jumping all around the phone trying to find where this sound is coming from! 😄
