Hi! I’m Dani and I’ve been living in and out of my van since 2022. Before that I lived in and out of a Honda CRV.
I spend time in the desert and mountains but somehow, I am always drawn back to the coast, specifically the West coast of the US.

Fall arrived and Mrs Hannigan the cat was still missing. I knew that it was time to move on but I was finding it difficult to even leave the area that she was last seen. 70 something days later I received a call that she had been seen at the campground. Omg This is so awesome!!! What a wild story,that is one lucky cat,am so glad you found her. Hey you should look into gps tracker,they sale collars with airbags built in,I have one for my dog and it works great.
Ironically(?) I do have an air tag for her but she sleeps without a collar. I’ve figured out her method of sneaking out at night and luckily she hasn’t managed to do it again!

Just got home from Quartzsite.We got the annual state park pass for NM.Such a beautiful experience. This is the last year for the annual pass, and the prices are going up.

What a splendid backyard! How is the snowmelt going this year? I imagine there is still quite a bit…
I always car camp at the rest area just pass Daylight Pass road. Clean restroom and quiet. At night I'm The only one there, mostly. The hoards usually fill up the parking lot for the sand dunes, ick. Once in a while I'll catch a night where it's dead silent no wind. Enjoy drinking whiskey and water enjoying the clear view of the heavens.
