So I played cyberpunk before phantom Liberty came out back during 1.6 and while Mr hands was cool it didn’t feel anywhere near as incredible as the show you put on as the new mr hands, the moment I fell in love with the character was when I walked up to his room in the pyramid and overheard him talking on the phone to his little girl and just that soothing daddy energy was so beautiful and made a mysterious character feel so real and understandable, he’s my favorite fixer alongside Captain Muamar, your delivery on his lines is perfect and I couldn’t imagine anyone else being the most secretive fixer in all of night city

So basically the voice Mr Hands was changed so it wouldn't break the suspension of disbelief by having something that was completely different from the stories overarching narrative
