For boats look at Boatworld, Crewsafe marine, Inflatable boat fishing.com, optimal size is not less 3.2m for sea. Outboard for good price you can get from Bill Higham marine, with perfect aftercare service. Look at motor not less then 8hp for comfy ride in sea. Other extras from Amazon and Ebay. Im using Parsun 9.8 4 stroker and very happy about performance. My Boat is Seago 320 Spirit air deck from Crewsafe marine.

Hi m8, into the Menai that day only has a small mackerels, but out around Ynys Llanddwyn, on the top water, loads of pollock and some gurnard. Tide was small for inflatable safe journey.

Hi m8, at Barmouth all looks flat an sandy. Closest rough ground I seen at Afon Dwyfor area left to West, then good looks from Abersoch (around small islads where one wreck as well) till Porth Neigwl beach

Chris has been out, and I asked his wife at the yard. She said it's not a problem, not a busy time, and you can launch.

@arrowfishing5855 I'll have to text him, theres a cracking bass mark just out from Ty Calch near the boat mooring, 2 mins away from Chris's slipway, be Ideal on the t32.

I fished the Menai first time with a boat and really did not know any marks, followed Navionics for grounds, and got only mackerel, then went out in sea and got plenty of pollock and bass around Llanddwyn Island on the top water.

@arrowfishing5855 love llandewyn Island but used to be scary crossing the bar at times in my seahog, i think it'd be easy on the sib not having to keep to the deeper water. Theres a load of us fishing the mersey on the 1st of your about, weather dependent of course.

About Mersey at 1st....fishing from sib's or big boats?....My big one on opposite coast at Withernsea. Nice to be to get more info about 1st....will be happy to join

I worked on the viking fishing boat and lobster boat for years if you go on a boat look back when you come out of the Hobour you will see a face in the mountains enjoy m8
