I just found this video - very informative. I'm wondering if there is a arms-length transaction where the buyer and seller know one another very well and it was a bailout situation from a potential foreclosure. Wife was able to Quit Claim Husband off the title, but was ordered to pay half of the proceeds of the house. The fraud continued when wife and friend resold the home and shared the profit. Who can be contacted in regards to this fraud?
