Your not old enough to know this but that kind of customer service was normal when most people gave a S&it back in the good old days growing up in the 70’s & 80’s. Unfortunately you’ll never be able to comprehend how good life was then compared to today’s nonsense.

Lol. This is just regular scheduling. Using this “urgency” list deters clients sometimes. Just tell them the truth. Being real with a client will get you far. Don’t beat around the bush and use these special words to try to make the customer feel better like this guy.
hmm.. uhhh... that word doesn't mean what you think it means Reassurance: noun; the giving of hope and strength in times of grief, distress, or suffering. If those are the mental states involved in your prescribed sales process, you may not have customers as much as you have victims. if your selling to solve, perhaps try to aim for excitement, comfort, even hope, and maybe careful word selection, IMO.
