Even though my canon was Max x Warren and yes I sacrificed Chloe.. She was "the" best friend for Max. Seeing how they treat Chloe(she is not the kind of person to ditch Max, romantic or not...), or see no reference of anybody from Arcadia Bay makes me just sad. I think I will not play the game and keep the memory as it is.

I romanced Gale as a sorcerer and it was delightful! Such a fun way to connect with him.

2:37 As much as I hate how they threw Chloe away I do like this part. I've had relationships like this where one second it's perfectly fine then the next it's doubting and not trusting even though I'm trying to be as forward and honest as I can, and the way Chloe texts more dry afterwards really hit me because this is the type of stuff that I've dealt with. This might just be me looking into this too much or thinking too much about my experiences but the way Chloe gets more distant after not going to see Max by saying "sorry you looked so peaceful" is so.. sad? As much as I don't like this game I feel like they did this absolutely perfect.

I'm sorry but I am still bitter with how this game treats Max and Chloe relationship or Friendship whatever you chose it to be. Yes I get it they've grown but it's still handle in such a way that it spits right in the faces of the fans from first game, including myself. The first game showed how Stong and Unbreakable the bond and love they have for each other. Whatever ending you chose for Chloe. The breakup is written so incredibly bad. Either the writers missed the whole point of what made the first game special or they just flat out hate chloe or the Pricefield shippers. Yes you are aloud to love this game that is your righy and opinion. I'm just saying what is true. If you are annoyed with Pricefield shippers then just go on your way do stuff you do and let us Pricefield fans handle it the way we can. P.S I know it's just a game and the characters are not real but it's still handled really bad

As much as I loved pricefield in the first game, if they didn’t hype up the possibility of Chloe coming back and making the breakup seem out of character for both of them, I wouldn’t have minded what they did. I honestly think I’d rather choose to save Arcadia bay than have this version, I feel like it’s closer to how they’d actually be than this.

i rather have decknine make new story of life is strange with new characters like Alex in true colors rather than making old character and butchered their relationship that has been built on previous game (come on even if you are shipping warren, that boi were sidelined in this game😂😂) also true colors is perfect game

For the people upset they broke up off-screen in such a cruel way, you can always read the comic, which is so much better and gives Chole and Max a more satisfying arch, and ends up trying up their trauma as they finally learn to move on. In that comic, she also gets dimension powers but still keeps rewind. She learns in the comic that sometimes it is better not to change the past and rewind. For example, because of her rewind, she stops Tristen from helping her. She also meets others with powers like her, but they aren't evil. Instead, she almost becomes a mentor to them. Though she and Chole are part of a band called the "High Seas," and in the other dimension, Rachel is a part of Hamlet on a road trip with Chole and Max. In the comic, the plot line is around that. The whole comic is about Max trying to get back to her home dimension to Chole. Give it a read it is very good. The characters are so good and likable. Great sequel and has a happy ending for everyone.

Honestly, I think they should have gone with the metro attempt, and focused on one ending and made that canon. Yes we all wanna save Chloe, and if you view it as the end of the game, that works, but morally speaking one life over hundreds isn't even a question. Not to mention that I got the impression in the first game that letting Chloe live would cause that storm to keep following them until she died. So the only logical decision is to save the town. Just work based on that ending for the sequel and avoid all the weird stuff you need to do to explain how these two are no longer together

I didn't play the first game. I just watched some scenes, but doesn't this mean she got an ENTIRE town killed? She couldn't do the right thing, then she broke up with the girl she sacrificed an entire town for? What a horrible person...

To be honest, the dumping of Chloe was really the thing that bothered me the most in this game. Yeah, I get that considering the choices she's either dead or alive, and if she's alive, why isn't she with Max right now? But the story about how they broke up because Chloe wasn't comfortable with a commitment to one place seemed like a cheap cop-out to me. I wonder if there was some initial plan on working Chloe into the game at some point; maybe even showing up at the ending after Max merges the timelines. She kind of hints about wanting to see her again towards the end.

The story of this game is simply not for me, I didn't like what Deck Nine did with Chloe, with Max and with Pricefield. In my canon Max and Chloe are inseparable, they love each other so much that they decided to get married, they have a happy and very passionate marriage that will last forever 🩷🩵 That's all I have to say #Pricefield forever 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

I hope that since it is confirmed there’ll be more to Max’s story, Chloe Price will return. It’s clear fans aren’t keen on the idea of Max and Chloe drifting apart or breaking up after all they’ve been through. Chloe felt abandoned when Max left shortly after her dad died, with that resentment evident throughout Before the Storm and before Life is Strange, and doesn’t sit right that Chloe would end up doing that same thing to Max. They still need each other 🦋

Was exited about a new LiS game starring Max again. Ideally the story would be as flexible as NewVegas in a game with the fidelity of TLOU. Of course I can manage expectations and the graphics/ animations are improved nicely, but the gameplay/ superpowers and the story could be so much better. In the end its more of a mess than satifaction. A simpler more grounded approach ( like in OG LiS) would have been so much nicer. Also many parts seem rushed, like the beginning that doesnt establish Max´s past enough and now suddenly shes a teacher but we never see any classrooms/ lectures? The police detective just disappears and so on...
