📍Ingredients: - 125 grams (1cup) all-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 180 millilitres (3/4 cup) milk - 1 large egg - 30 grams (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted - Nutella (as much as you like) - Cooking spray or additional butter for the pan 📌Instructions: 1. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of Nutella on parchment paper and store in the frizer for 10-15 minutes 2. In a bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter until well combined 3. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix it all together, but be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine. 4. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over very low heat. You can lightly grease it with cooking spray or a bit of butter. 5. Pour 60 milliliters (1/4 cup) of the pancake batter onto the hot pan, spreading it slightly into a circular shape. 6. Immediately add the frozen Nutella piece in the center of the pancake. 7. Cover the Nutella with a little more pancake batter, making sure it's fully covered. 8. Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake, and the edges look set. 9. Carefully flip the pancake and cook on the other side until it's lightly browned. Enjoy!

In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, lemon zest, and room-temperature butter. Use a silicone spatula to mix until well blended. 2. Add the oil and whisk until the mixture turns creamy and smooth. 3. Crack in the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Then, pour in the lemon juice and whisk again until everything is well combined. 4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently with the spatula. Be careful not to overmix! 6. Once the batter is combined, stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth. 7. Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ (320℉) for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8.
