@@Essenia Thanks for this! How do you deal with frags? Do you try and get more hexa on your mules/legion mules? Or just level 1 everything? I'm kind of stuck in a dilemma atm trying to figure out if i should push hexa on a 2nd main (lynn & also legion champ). I am very curious to see what your take on this is.

If you mean the one with the colorful circle icon, that's our toggle Fox Spirits which summons spirits passively while attacking, in the form of little orbs. If you mean the thing with the dice that popped up for a moment, that's a 5th job common Pirate skill called Loaded Dice, which lets you choose a number 1-6 that the pirate skill Roll of the Dice will land on whenever it's used thereafter. The numbers each grant a different buff, so using Loaded Dice and picking 5 guarantees that your next cast of Roll of the Dice will land on 5, which grants a 20% damage buff.

@@ltpresence I think you forgot the fun factor and only looked at the damage for some reason ^^ but anyways legion champions are just mules, I don't see how anyone would want to pick a 250m cp bad class (unless they love it ofc) over a 175m cp good class and do that 5 more times, it takes an insane amount of effort and time for something that isn't your main class. 260-275 takes less than half a year from dailies only so aside from the first 2 mules I won't be training them

@@junnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn for more than half of my characters I did haven/dwt because that was back when hlomien was still considered difficult to solo on a main. nowadays if you have lots of nodes you can 5% hlomien from carries!

Yeah its legitimately the best addition to the game in a very long time in terms of QOL

i like to finish all my mules within 30 mins, id also rather save more time than get a little bit more meso. especially if the character is finished with oz and slime rings i dont feel pressured to do cslime

the main reason is lumi is a dpm class and maxed nodes 😇

@@edenchong9883 people would disagree but they make opinions without having played both classes. In my opinion an average NL mule player would perform an 85/100 score for example, while the average NW mule player would perform 75 to 80/100. Seren is NOT a boss where you can just hold down attack, and you lose a lot of damage having to dodge blind status patterns. getting nw's mini burst out in seren is also difficult. Id recommend NL over NW because 1) before the recent patch there's no way people would agree nw is 15-20% fd over nl, then nl got 10% fd and nw got a slight last resort nerf, closing the gap between the two classes 2) night lord has untouchable for seren 3) even if you spend time dodging in seren, as long as you proc throw blasting passive and shurrikane off cd you'll be doing most of your off burst damage whereas nw gets punished for not fully utilizing dark servant uptime

With your points I'm pretty much settled on making a NL mule as it seems that NL has a more comfort time keeping up with their theoretical dpm in Hseren as compared to NW and that's the most important thing for a min cut Hseren champion. Once again thanks for helping with the decision making!

all mules are level 1 origin and masteries!

looking at the hotkey bar it's f1-f6, ror, origin, bind, sparkle burst and mighty mascot. different people fit supernova and trinity fusion either before or after burst

base ied, hyper stat, legion grid, 2 x 15 ied fams, legion artifact, 4 set sup gollux

it's pretty much all based on feel, usually starting from the hardest boss and then either move on to a filler boss (weak bosses like CRA or magnus) or back to other bosses depending on burst timer -- for example nslime if origin isn't up or hard damien if origin is up. you could just opt to do bosses all in order by the maple planner but if you wait outside of a boss for burst you could end up spending an extra 5 mins on that bossing mule. best case if you plan well you could finish a ntene bossing mule in 12-13 mins at 100m cp

@@Essenia for item burning would you recommend trying to skip absos since you can join ctene struggles? Is it worth the money saved?

@@Essenia I was thinking about this. Do you think there is a world where you can solo hseren with being full 21 on absos + gene wep, if you farm the frags? I was planning on fam farming on my new legion champ, so because of that it'll get frags as well. Curious on your thoughts on this, because on paper it seems very good option.

@@kevinpark4867 if you farm the frags yes, however in comparison to the time spent, 21/22 arcanes should be easy compared to 5k frags for example, or at least 22 absos if you have no arcane spares

full 2L 21 absos, cras, 3 set dawn, 4 set sup puts you at about 65-80m cp? 3L gene wep + real 3Ls especially secondary, will get you there.

cuz absos are good and everyone who thinks they aren't don't understand this game very well. at this point of time id only go arcanes on mules if im aiming for over 150m+ cp

essenia easily could but it would add an additional 30 mins of buffs to use. it would be easier to just do the way she is and fit all bosses in 30m cuz across 14 characters that extra 30min is a lot of work

i could but i dont think it's worth my time if it's not fun and doesn't provide a good reward especially on a mule (hseren solo should be very doable without full 22s)

@Essenia with the new legion union i feel going for random pitch drops will benefit all union mules. Eventually when I get there with my mules I will be shooting for pitch granted I also have enough time. Maplestory really is a time sink though.

6th job is still being released slowly so probably not, though i decided on my 6 legion champion characters already (main, ds, nl, nw, merc, lynn) based off of mobbing and how well they would solo hseren, i left out khali (sadly too hard to play for me in seren p1, it's easy in every other boss), ark, hoyoung, ab, might've considered zero if nexon didn't take so long to revive the class
