Thanks for the comments. Currently on the 26th Floor so it is slightly on the higher side. The pro's outweigh the cons so there is no doubt will go higher in the next one if I am lucky. Prior to this I was on 17th floor and I decided next one I should get on a higher floor. Pro 1. Almost every other day you can see sunset unless cloudy 2. The Wind is heavy or smooth depends on some seasons and some time of the day. Yes sometimes the wind is crazy heavy ,it can make your curtains go horizontal or your clothes will fly away if not clipped properly. I personally like the wind to be heavy. It feels like you are in some sea area. But unfortunately some times there will be no wind at all. But most of the times there is some slight breeze. 3. Temp is hot only during the summer month but still its not so hot. I believe some people make stuff up. Most of the time it's so chill I don't even use fan. If you are used to ac then yes it might be slightly hot. 4. The view is almost all the time super nice and all the guests who have come here are in just awe experience especially during winter season. 5. There is no breathing issue or any other problems. in fact I feel the air is much more clean and breathable. It's also very peaceful and quiet up here. in fact its pin drop silence along with scary wind sounds which some might feel odd for the first time. Cons 1. The one con I felt is that during lift maintenance you will have to wait sometime upto 20 mins to reach the ground. if no maintenance you will reach the ground floor in under 1 min. 2. As you go higher the price of the flat increases depends on the builder on how much. 3. If you have kids you will have to educate them not to throw stuff from balcony or window as that may cause serious injury to people walking down. In Conclusion anytime if I get chance I will think of going to even higher floor as its gives some kind of peace and disconnect from the busy and noisy environment from down below. So if you have opportunity to buy on high rise go for it.
