I would advise ANYONE who is considering this video as valuable info to reconsider. What the author did not tell you in his emphasis on Basis Gold's prior 10kAPY return was that Basis Gold crashed in a clear rugpull. Furthermore, the fact that there isn't any emphasis throughout the video on how most of these high APY farms will end in exitscams or slowrugpulls, you really do need to consider every word in this video as pure malinformed, baseless opinion.

You should actually start consulting business to run numbers on potential investments for those who want to invest in real estate.

If you don't know what you're doing you can seriously hurt yourself. You can buy a property that is entirely misrepresented. Buying sight unseen is dangerous because you're relying on distant strangers in the form of inspectors, agents, and worse - sellers who are out to rob unsuspecting out of state investors. As a buyer, no one has your back. You can easily do something stupid.

I noticed that the current (4/28/21) property value estimates on the two properties shown are quite a bit lower than what Doorvest had. And I would be surprised if property values went down in that market in the past year. Any explanation for that? Also, did you flat out ask why Doorvest does not account for maintenance/vacancy/contingency costs?

Do you think there is some kind of bad catch or scam there? Maybe everything is legit but what if they are using super cheap stuff to renovate the house and after few years, it will start having a crazy high cost of repair!?

With gas fees so ridiculously high none of this will be profitable. Until these gas fees come down it makes no sense to get into DeFi. Your profit will be eaten up in fees.
