I didn’t see anything in Josh Weissman‘s recipe calling for amylase. I must’ve missed that part. Anyway, I didn’t use it and mine turn out perfect.
I think he has 10 versions of buns by now. There are two kinds of amylase and i’m sure that i got the wrong one 😝

Most olive oil is blended with cheaper oils and contains maybe only 20% actual olive oil...
The olive oil “legitimate business companies” don’t like us talking about that. We could end up sleeping with the fishes.
Valid points on the AI images, yeah they were overkill a lot, and appreciate the forgiving presumptions in the workflow. Hardest challenge was since it's AI, it's janky, it's broken, it's almost impossible to get right. So majority of the images you saw, took a considerable amount of time in trial and error to get. Then, once we got a decent amount, we ran out of time, so had to work with what we had, which in this case meant repeating the same images over and over again. If we had more time, oh yes, we would've had more opportunity to create a better visual story.
Everything I try with AI ends up with extra hands and eyeballs. Even for my real estate shoots i end up with the oven disappearing or virtual staging where tables have one leg and are stuck halfway through a wall 😜
19:24 There is a 5.1 surround sound version that exists, However none of us were experienced enough in knowing how to deliver a 5.1 version for cinemas, turns out it's not just "hit export 5.1 lol" Then we ran out of time to fix the issue, so unfortunately, we had to distribute in stereo. Breaks my heart too, the 5.1 was awesome.
Throughout the movie i kept thinking “he’s better than this. Something must have happened” I love your editing. Your tips helped my videos a lot. The eye-line trick during jump cuts really cleans up a video 🔥

@Indo_chef I dont remember seeing the location in your video, my cousin jumped from a bridge and there was a large area were people swam, than a large rock cliff everyone jumped off, this was 24-25 years now, its probably fenced off now
They have fences everywhere. I saw one guy climb the fence and almost fall off the cliff.

Sate (indonesian for satay) combined with peanut sauce is INDONESIAN NOT THAI. Anything else is grilled meat on skewer as any culture has its own version. We don't cook pad thai and call it pad indo.

It does say EASY peanut sauce. Lemon out of a bottle is the easiest method 😝
@@Indo_chef I'm a purist about that. Besides, it's almost as easy to squeeze a lemon as to open a bottle and pour it out. 🙂 (Anyway, I did watch to the end and will make this - with lemon juice my way LOL.)

I have had this for a year now, and use it for camping. We love it! The only issue that I have had is the original seasoning. It wasn't nearly as good as I wanted it to be, and started to rust. We keep it at out camper, so exposed to the elements. I washed mine well with soap and water, then seasoned with grapeseed oil. I wish I would have done it sooner!
I think we all let them rust at least once. Sandblasting is the fastest way to restore. My griddle is sitting outside right now. It needs a bit of love again.
I love Indonesian food! Thanks to my Balinese girlfriend I every time learn a new one and widen my taste on them 🤓

Have a duck in the freezer and will make this for sure. Save the bones for broth.
I always intend to make broth, but then i get too tired 😝 Update to the roasting: go with 45 minutes and check temp. An hour can get dicey with it getting overdone.

As others have said, I came looking because I bought whole beans instead of ground. I was wracking my brains on where to borrow or rent a grinder, and the moral question of buying one and returning it, when I said "You own a cuisinart. You own a Ninja. You own a Ninja Food Chopper. You own a blender. Won't one of these implements do at least a basic job? I'm not a fancy fancy, I just want it hot and brown. Thank you. Now I can believe in myself again.

Great easy recipe!! Do you ever add fish sauce in place of light soy sauce? Do you have a recipe for the pork skewers?
Fish sauce works great. Just depends if you’re serving people that are picky about traditional ingredients. As you can see from the kraft peanut butter, i’m not one or those people 😝 I made a pork loin video a couple years ago that has a satay recipe in it. I need to make a dedicated satay video.
