I had today one strange dream but it was really vivid dream. I had a dream where I had contact lenses on later I took a nap and later I woke up but still half-asleep but I saw strange sentences but I couldn't read it and I couldn't open my eyes because I was really tired and half-asleep later I open my eyes and searched on tiktok: "gravity falls contact lenses." But later I suddenly fall asleep again (in dream) but later but later i woke up again and i felt tingling in my face and my eyelids really thin a bit weak? but then i got up and went straight to my big mirror in my room and i looked so different and had really light blonde hair i did look pretty but also a bit creepy because my left eye looked so creepy i mean what's with the corner of my eye? later i really woke up but this time i wasn't in the vivid dream anymore but i went straight to my same mirror and i looked the same as always so i quickly looked at my phone and it was only 4:49 pm so i was in a normal short dream and in a long vivid dream only for about 10 minutes?? [Btw I script that my WR (waiting room) looks like my room from cr and in vivid was exactly my room but only that I didn't saw a door behind my door closet because I didn't open my closet but I script that there is a door in my closet and when I open it there is a long hallway and in the end if hallway there is another door but it brings me to all portals to my drs.] Edit: I was like why I looked so similar and I know who reminded me of the look I looked similar to the actress Jung Da-bin

Im shifting tonight with intention, I will hear humming sounds and feel tingles when I’m about to shift, I will be following my shift script, I will get all of my desires and I will know if I shift because I’ll be waking up in my old room at my current house and my dog Lou Lou will help me shift.

I started using this on January 3rd 2025. You may or may not understand but I have subconscious shifts which is when your subconscious takes you to a random reality. I am not 100% aware in them, just partially. I am trying to permashift to my dr. Day 1 & day 2 I played it a bit in the day and then looped it for a short bit in the night before taking it off to go to sleep. Day 1- I have negative thoughts that appear in my mind regularly and it has gone down and been replaced with positive ones. Day 1 & 2 although they had random elements to them both days had my dr ppl in them Day 3- I had dr ppl again and when I woke up I felt on a high that I'm still on Day 4- I looped it and slept and had no dr ppl Day 5- I looped it and slept and just woke up. The shift was longer like they have been, not cut up into separate parts. It had my dr ppl in this one!! I feel the weird inbetween state that you get when you come back. During the day I was very happy and on cloud 9, this will do wonders for your mindset. I was a little more aware, im getting more aware with each listen Day 6- I didnt put it on to see what would happen and I didnt see any dr ppl. Now Im gonna be dependent on this. Im also not on that high anymore Day 7- I looped it and slept but didnt have any dr ppl and I dont really remember what stuff happened. Im going to say its because I didnt eat because then my body gets all weird. (still not on the high). Hopefully better results soon Day 8- I dont remember what happened but its just subconscious random stuff lol, I feel the inbetween state. I've heard it takes 21 days to reprogram your mind so I'm hoping thats the case and this is all part of the process Day 9- I slept alot and had a lot of scary and disturbing shifts. I feel like there was a dr person in one but I'm not too sure. I feel weird and sick and the inbetween state Day 10- also slept alot, lots of random stuff in the shifts but it had people from my cr\or in them and a dr person hes my bsf actually and he was in day 9 too Day 11- I feel at peace. I saw some dr ppl and some cr\or ppl Day 12- I saw many dr ppl altho there was sum disturbing thing happening before that like I'm not even watching any horrors so I dont know where its coming from and its annoying. But I saw my dr teacher and some dr primary school friends which is great Day 13- I dont remember

This always gives me dreams abt my s/o More info: I've shifted before with this sub. Would definitely recommend.
