We are at enmity with God. These leaders and youth do not see their need for a Savior. They have remained in their will and were never born again. This is why the world does not fear the Lord. A false gospel is the root of this huge folly. The answer: take the care and love that you obviously feel and let them know God can not be near sin. Their sin is an abomination to God and on Judgement Day we all have to give an account of every word and deed. We will be judged on the things we have done wrong. But God is rich in mercy that He came as Jesus of Nazareth, lived a sinless/blameless life, and took the punishment that we deserve. We all deserve hell but Jesus took our punishment. All we have to do is repent (because we are mortified that we sinned against a Holy God/Our Creator) and follow Jesus. Our mistake is that we do not understand who God is. May Jesus bless you. May God help you. It's not interteinmant that brings young people to church but it's the true Word of God. What you are trying to do is taking away God out of the church and do your own things. Thats the same reason John Wesley woundn't joing other churchs because he knew the people wanted to follow after their flesh but what made a difference in his ministry is the Word of God not modinising it but placing it where it's surpose to be

its all about God, strategies are good dont get me wrong, but what the youth, not only the youth but everyone , really needs is Jesus, in their lives God bless y'all
