I'm sorry but Disney is just not the top notch quality it once was. This ride was JUST refurbished and I already spotted certain things not working... the fountains in the shrink cave weren't even on.
Cool!!! I just went on this 2 weeks ago, I was scared because it was my first time. I actually really liked it! The launch wasnt bad at all, and the airtime is not a lot which is good for me because i cant do big rides😔 But i absolutely loved it!

So why did they get rid of that extended Pocahontas segment?
You know, in the late 1950s, this was a real train and not just a tram. The cars were enclosed old west style; and on every trip around the park, real stunt men dressed as cowboys would have gun fights in the car using real cowboy pistols using blanks. It just blew me away. And there was no pre-recorded nonsense.
You might be thinking of Knott's Berry Farm train. I don't think Disneyland ever had cowboy actors on the trains. And this is a real train, not a tram.
