I am taking GI Janel One. Initially I started out at the dose recommended on the container but it made me feel so insanely tired I could not do it! I did a round of Xifaxan and started the supplement at a much smaller dose and have worked up to the “starting dose” after a few weeks. She has some good interviews on YT with helpful information. I love that MSM is not super expensive and complements diet and probiotic use to create a healthy, balanced/working microbiome.

My husband won’t wear his c pap machine because he says the very many masks he’s tried are too uncomfortable. I’ve noticed he’s very stubborn and slow mentally. He lives on sugar and gets really defensive if I point out how dangerous his attitude to his health is. His dad died with Alzheimer’s. Finally, a health practitioner has finally confirmed what I thought.... These binders do not really dig deep in the tissues to remove a high amount of these metals. Wasted 10 years of my son's life with smoothies and tinctures. You need chelators !! ...and then these natural plant binders may serve useful. What now? You will need a functional med doctor to prescribe these synthetic substances or conduct iv chelation. Naturopaths, homeopaths and other alternative med practioners cannot access these for you.

What about coffee? I heard no coffee on the same day as methylene blue.

I'm on SSRI. I decided to Try MB. I tried it for 5 days starting at 10 drops and worked up to 20 drops on day 5. There were no noticeable changes good or bad during the 5 days. The only clue I was on it was that my urine turned green on day 5. I'll do more reading on it while I take a break from it.

Thanks for the video. I don't have any issues with drinking the ozone water. It works well for coughing up mucus and phlegm from the lungs. It also helps to clear the sinuses. Another home remedy to deal with virus respiratory infection is daikon radish juice. Fresh Ginger juice or tea with lemon is helpful, too. Herbs for viruses are cloves, thyme, bay leaf, lemon balm, echinacea, wild craft oregano oil, etc. Monolaurin works amazing, and specifically the brand Lauracidin. Castor oil pack over the lungs and liver alternating really help as well. I haven't taken antibiotics for 30 years; they are unnecessary if you use wholistic treatments and eat wholistically. Without the background noise of plant toxins, sugars, we become more sensitive to hormones. Possibly more sensitive to medicines as well.

I get euphoria with MB, energy, and sleep much better, 4 drops in 16 oz water throughout the day, once a week, as tested by my holistic person. Then comes the crash. Mind numbing fatigue. Haven't figured that out yet so I stopped taking it for now until I know what to do about it.

Hi Dr Rade....Question re SSP: I have come across info that Unyte recommends for those that are sensitive and moving slowly through SSP, it could be an option or it's recommended(not sure which) to do the first 15-20 min of each hour starting obv with hour 1 then moving on. I do understand the logic but could you share any insight on this and do you have any patients that have done this? I'm currently doing 2min per day and thinking about moving to hour 2. I'm about 30 min into hour 1. Thanks!

I am taking something for muscles that get extremely tight called Baclofen, could there be a negative interaction with MB? Would it help circulation in feet and legs? I accidently over did it with DMSA and am now suffering from symptoms of acute lead poisoning: encephalopathy (cognitive issues, balance issues) along with some neuropathy in leg and hands - and muscle weakness in extremities of arms and legs. I'm pretty freaked out. I was going to go to the ER but I don't trust they know what they are doing and will just make things worse. I'm starting to feel a bit better a day later and am trying to mitigate the damage with antagonists, fulvic acid, and antioxidants. It sucks though. Will get my lead serum checked tomorrow but results will take a couple days to get back to me.
