I recently bought a 2024 Tundra. The dealer explicitly stated to me that the crankshaft bearing problem was fixed for 2024. He was underinformed or lying. The 2024s are blowing up, just like the 2023/2022s, and now there are reports of 2025's blowing up! Obviously, the bearing problem is not completely explained by debris left in during forging in Alabama and Japan. It is a metallurgical problem with the bearing. What is a camel? It is a horse designed by a committee! That same committee seems to be working on Toyota trucks. Instead of focusing on engineering, Toyota has focused on complicated, expensive trim items. Poorly done video. A sixth grader could spell better than the captioning provided. Was the captioning contracted out to red China? Rob4? Safty? Get a live person who knows English to narrate (instead of AI) and do not rely on computer speech to convert text to captioning. I've had 2 Chevrolet LTs and absolutely love them! The first one had 100k+ miles on it and I did not have any problems prior to trading it. I bought it in 2015 brand new, The one I have now, a 2021, has 76k miles on it, still performs well, still looks great, and most people that get to ride in it are surprised at its features and smooth ride. With regular service, its great!! I always had a foreign car prior to my 1st Malibu purchase. I hope to purchase the 2025 model. I wouldn't trade the Malibu for nothing!! I'm grateful for it!🙏🏽
