That ground strap looks robust. Did it come with the mount?
Nice...just got one again🏝️

He showed no connection setup on how he did it.
Wow, if I were you I'd have a close look at that starboard stab. Looks like it's going to flutter when in flight....
I just bought one of these for my toyhauler. May I ask what type of mount you have used. Thank you. 73, kd6vpe
Hey Jim, sorry for the delayed response! I havent logged in this account for a looong time. I'm using the Diamond K-400 lip mount. This is the Diamond's heavy duty mount. It can easily carry heavy antennas like this ATAS-120A. 73~N4GDX
sure. Its the Diamond K400 heavy duty mount
hello! any modifications to fit the electric robart tail wheel? thanks
Sorry i seldom login. Yes it does need a little wood shaving to make clearance for the retract mechanism.
i have the same sensor , will you tell us how hou mount it to the engine, please show us picture
pinoy?
hi! can they get out from inside? whats the size gap each hole and how much slope? i want to copy yours..easy trapping i guess..
tunacatcher2003 I have not had a single pigeon escape through this trap. Gap =4.25", Slope 45degress.See pg 4 of this thread, towards the bottom(post # 55). It has a picture and dimensions... www.pigeons.biz/forums/f5/loft-built-75506.html
good for you..I have no luck on that one.Specially my yb.One of my OB still can get out and most of my yb are ..Mine is 3.5" opening and almost 70 degrees angle on my last modification but still ...
Do you a picture where the sensor is mounted?. Thanks
Will you consider using a gear door on it? If so how do you go about doing it?
That will be nice. You could actually attach a door (which is maybe either with thin aluminum sheet, or piece of fiberglass molded to the curvature of the fuselage the the retract) and use 2 small alum brackets to the retract.
Absolutely Awesome... smooth stable flights with this option I'll bet. My first warbird was the p51mustang pylon version, os25 was too small haha.. converted to electric and Like a Sonic Boom, it blasted into the clouds like a missle. Great job guys
very nice...
I just received mine, I'm really excited. But I just noticed the flap has no control horn cutout, and the horn provided is longer than the flap is thick. Is it the same with yours? How did you do it? Thanks!
Yurkomik, sorry I don't understand exactly what youre asking. Pls clarify.
ho2zoo, zero is very very stable. cause of its longer wings compared to the new TopFlite Zero. I have both. This one has a lighter wing loading so I rate its flying characteristics very good.
nice !
Thanks Ho2zoo. Its very smooth flyer. No bad habits. 20lb plane with DA-50 engine, plenty of power even with 3-bladed prop.
Looks good! Any more comments about it's flying characteristics?
Nice! How does it fly?
I was sure hoping you weren't going to take off from that driveway! Looks good- I'm thinking about getting one.
Well done, looking to buy this one myself.
Don't crash it
Thanks for sharing! Is it possible to make them rotating 180 degr. or continuous rotation by hacking potentiometer and gear? Can't find this info :(
