For Etsy, I think you should try raising your prices to cover the anticipated costs of shipping so that you can still offer free shipping. I know it's hard to take that chance, but I believe you deserve to make a good profit for your wonderful art. You have a great presence on social media, so I think that could work in your favor too.

The other things I would like to know would be water and utilities after buying the house. I mean how to tackle that one? Thank you again for giving us a clear idea on how to map this out.❤
Awww I’m so glad you found my video! I’m here if you ever need more info and if I know the answer I got you 🙌🏽 the utilities are almost exactly the same as they were when I was renting. It really all depends on the size of the house. I was renting a place that’s about the same size as the house I bought so I pay about $150 for water, sewage, and electric all together each month(it’s actually $300 total but I have an adu and my tenant pays that half) Oh and trash in my area is about $85 every other month but that’s different for every city. 👌🏽
