Welcome to Skooter’s Campsite Reviews. Cherie, Diane and Skooter here and we love to go camping. Before every camping trip, I work really hard to find the best site available usually by doing a ton of searching for photos, videos and reviews of campgrounds. The one thing I couldn’t find was videos showing campsites in identifiable ways.

This is a video showing the campsites available at Findley State Park in Ohio. It is simply intended to give viewer a quick look at a campsite they maybe interested in reserving. Audio quality is not very good, especially when we pass a lawnmower, sorry.

This is a video showing the campsites available in the campground. This campground is split into to parks, separated by the lake. It is an electric only campground. Potable water and a dump station are available in the north campground.

This is a video tour of the campsites available at Mosquito Lake State Park in Cortland, Ohio. We simply drive around and try to give you a quick look at the sites so that you can pick the perfect one for your next camping trip. I realized as I put this video together that I missed getting footage of sites 185-202.

Thank you this is exactly what I needed I just fished Mosquito lake today and found out there is a state park there too. Awesome! .yea.. @1:40 dont camp anywhere near a pit toilet.. oh my god. I learned that lesson in Findlay Lake State Park in October of 2022. It wasnt even that warm and I cannot imagine how ungodly it smelled in summer heat.

Can we tell the campers not to pass the barriers? After all they wanted to be separated from the rest of the park
It wasn't the campers choice to put the barriers up, after all in order to use the state park marina you have to go out of the campground and drive around, which makes no sense, as they are paying for the amenities (the marina, dog park, playground, beach area) and not having in park access to them. I know I wish they would remove them.
