You can look up in open sources , The Blue Mosque in Irevan (Yerevan) was built by an azerbaijani turk Hossein Ali Khan, who was from the Qajar tribe, and this mosque is a cultural heritage of azerbaijani turks, it is a Shia mosque for shia muslims, there is no such thing as a "Persian" mosque!!!
