I would honestly choose both. Saurophaganax has a hunting style more focused on sauropods (which makes it one of the best) and the torvosaurus more focused on hunting several different dinosaurs both alone and in groups (stegosaurus, yunnanosaurus, yangchuanosaurus, etc.) So I think it depends on how the player will use them.

No sauropod can really hide or run away from a group of elder sauroph, and if they want to kill you want can you do to survive if its a guarantee they can kill you?
