LOved Bobby Darin, loved him singing this song, we needed many more years of him; thank you for posting this.
they don't have the 1040 ez anymore, should i just do a regular 1040
Thank you💪🏾
Even though I prefer the 1945 film, this song is one of the most beautiful I've ever heard in any film.
Yes!!!
Agreed. Hearing this song was worth watching it although I prefer the Jean Crain State Fair movie better.
Does anyone have video?
This doesn’t sound right Cum Laude’s gpa is 4.0???
Wtf😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵
Moved to Frisco in 1999 from Myrtle Beach, SC when Preston was still a 2 lane road and there was only one high school. 423 where Frisco Ranch is, was just beautiful prairie. In the 8 years we lived there, it went from this great little north TX town to a materialistic mecca. In mid 2007, we moved back to SC. I would say we were better off financially in Frisco, as SC ranks pretty low as far as wages, and my house is nothing compared to the one I had in TX, but I am so happy we got out of there when we did. We did not want to raise our girls there. And I dont live in a concrete, cookie cutter neighborhood. Instead I have 2 huge 100+ year old live oak trees in my yard. Funny thing is, both of our neighbors moved from TX. One from McKinney and the other from near Dallas.
You should see it now
We moved to Frisco in Oct 91. Small, quiet and family friendly. We moved away in Sept 17 as our kids both graduated from Lone Star. Taxes were too high, a new high school sat empty, traffic became intolerable and the city became another concrete jungle. We moved to a small town with trees and land. We gave up high end restaurants and shopping for peace and quiet not to mention more quality time at home with family.
Good for you!
Visiting Frisco in April. :)
Frisco has gone to shit! This place has become so overdeveloped thanks to a bunch of greedy, philistine developers that only care about money and no concern for green space whatsoever. Nothing but rude, entitled transplants with their miserable botox wives are all coming here, Hate it!!!!
Both, but at least Plano is older and more cultured in some ways.
I currently use an iPhone 5, and I occasionally record with a Sony SR12. The test does show that the iPhone can make a better point & shoot type of video camera. It's easier to use, has a more current color profile, and has better digital stabilization. But the SR12 image is sharper, has better sound, and can record video for way longer. The SR12 is a bit harder to use, and the video can look dated. But, the SR12 is still an overall technically better video camera than the iPhone 5. However, you can't make a phone call with the SR12, so the iPhone clearly beats the camcorder at that! LoL Thanks for sharing!
He sounds here like a young Frank Sinatra.
Darin was probably the best thing about the '62 version of "State Fair," and this was one of the few new songs Richard Rodgers added.
He was one of the best things about the twentieth century - period.
the camcorder sells for 280 used on amazon
Orange County Fair 1972 with SMS.
Isn't he wonderful? The clip from the movie used to be on UA-cam. Even better to see him singing to Pamela Tiffin. And speaking the dialogue. SO romantic. I think he was also a very fine actor. Thanks for posting.
lf you search Pamela Tiffin on You Tube, State Fair movie pulls up and you can see that scene if you scroll thru it.
Totally thought it was going to be the iphone on the right! thats insane thanks for the vid!
Wish you had also posted the video. Great to hear Bobby Darin. It would have been nice to see him too.
Memories. Good movie, great song. Wish they did movies like this today.
Sony HDR-SR12. (It's in the video)
what model is the camcorder?
