I live go sandy point state park for catfish, use 7ft rod and 8000 size reel for different kind of fish and 40 pound mono line and 4 ounce sinker, bait:(shad, mullet, blue crab chunk.😀😀

I gave you some sinkers one time on a pier as I was leaving and you said that I should look you up! I have been following your channel since.

Just a small tip ~ you need to spend a longer time with that fish and watch it kick off. Put the boat in gear and face it forward to revive it. A fish like that deserves a 'confident' release \^^/ Protect them so other anglers can enjoy the same excitement in the future :)

A note about the tagged fish that was bleeing in case anyone is wondering - though it had a deep hook and visible injury we still want to tag that fish, to potentially get data on what percentage of deep hooked fish survive. That one swam off strong, but will he make it over the long haul? We want to know how often the answer is yes, so we still do the tagging process. Thanks again guys for a great day on the water!!
